For less than a quarter hour, you’ll have to exercise two separate ways one right after the other, repeating the sequence for the whole time without taking a break.The first sequence is pressing dumbbells from the chest on an inclination followed by rowing with dumbbells on an inclination.

For the pressing exercise, lie with your back on the incline and press the bells upward and in over your chest, then bring them down and out to your sides.

After repeating these presses several times, start doing the row exercise.With your upperbody against the 45 deg. hold a weight in each hand.

Raise the bells toward your abs and then slowly let them them pull back down towards the ground. Don’t rest in between and keep up the pattern for 12 minutes.

The next superset for losing fat will combine lower exercises for the lower body. You can do six pack ab exercises later.

The first part of this superset is the dumbbell split squat. Get a dumbbell in each hand, place one leg forward and leave the other behind. Lower your hips straight down and then push back up. Do repetitions on this side all at once and then do them for the other side.

As soon as you’re done with the split squats you need to move on to do the Spiderman climb. Get into pushup position and bring one of your feet forward and place it outside your hand on that side. Return your foot to starting position and then repeat with your other side

Keep your hips low during this exercise and don’t put too much stretch on your groin areas. Start by doing it comfortably and as you do this more often you’ll become more flexible and you’ll be able to get your foot up all the way.After the climbs, return to the squat exercise and keep alternating the exercises for up to a quarter hour.
