The leg that is rearward will feel a stretch. Next do some leg curls with a stability ball. Lie on the floor and lift the ball between your legs as high as you can.

Without taking a break, change to push up position with your elbows on the ball. Stay in this position while bracing your abdominals.

These exercise routines will be enough to keep you lean with a short amount of time invested.
