Kalihiwai Falls is a two tiered waterfall located on the north shore close to the #25 mile marker on Highway 56. It has a pool at the base that flows into kalihiwai Bay and is reached by a car, hiking or horseback.

The Kipu Falls is a great favorite among both locals and tourists, as can be noted by an inviting little rope swing that hangs on a nearby tree. Below the falls is a deep and clean pool that is surrounded by walls of rock that make for a perfect place to jump down into the water.
