<p>I did recently post a question to our online audiences on why they like going for a swim. There was a mass amount of response from several social media sites such as Reddit, Digg, StumbleUpon, Facebook and twitter with several different answers.</p>

<p>Lots of people siad that they enjoy light workouts in the pool. Few said that it helps them relax their mind. Some said that they like to use it to relax their body and mind after a hard day of work. Few said it helps them stretch their body out after a good work out at the gym. Some enjoy physical contact with their partner in the pool but I won&#8217;t be describing this in detail even though I know you will love to read it. Other answers are as follows: having a gathering with friends and playing some games in the pool, getting away from husbands and wives and admire other bodies (it was not me who answered this), weight loss programs and several other examples.</p>

<p>Seems like most people like swimming for exercising. It is indeed a fantastic equipment to reduce your weight or tone your body up. I go for a swim 3 to 4 days a week when I am free. To be honest with you I have my own pool in my property, which I use in regular basis. <p>Fitness and exercise has always been important in many individual&#8217;s lives for them to stay healthy. Exercises are done in various different ways. <p>General bouncing &#8211; This exercise is not easy as it sounds. For normal bouncing in a trampoline you will need strength to balance your body so that you don&#8217;t feel awkwardly. Continous bouncing will help you sweat and burn calories. This should be your basic starting exercise regime on any trampoline.</p>

<p>General walking &#8211; This exercise can be used for cooling down or warming up. When you are planning for a heavy exercise you can use general walking to stretch your muscles.</p>

<p>Just jogging &#8211; Jogging is another good exercise that stretches your body muscles before any heavy fitness exercises. It also helps you increase your heart rate. Jogs normally can also be used as a warm up technique like basic walk.</p>
</p>
<p>Jump &#8211; This is one of the hardest exercise. It is definitely not as easy as you might think. When jumping have your feet spread apart, have your hands over your head and then bounce. These jumps are defintiely not normal jumps. This exercise is great for your joints other than jumping on hard floor surfaces.</p>
</p>
<p>Heel toes jumping &#8211; Another jumping yes I know but this one is different. In this exercise you put your feet close together. When you jump bring your left foot forward touching your heel to the surface, then raise your left arm up in front of you when your heel touches the surface. Repeat the same process for your right foot and right arm. You will need to do this at least 12 times each.</p>

So it is always good to swim early in the morning and avoid the evening rush in the swimming pool.</p>

<p>Exercising before eating in the morning will help you burn more fat than exercising after eating. The reason behind it is because you body didn&#8217;t consumed any form of protein or carbohydrates when you were sleeping. When you wake up your body starts looking for some carbohydrates. When you exercise before breakfast it means you body will use the body fat instead of the energy and carbohydrates, which improves your fat burning ability.</p>
</p>
<p>Swimming can be used as a fitness regimes, any form of other exercises and also relaxations. When you swim in the morning you achieve the above and also you avoid the infections and germs generated in the swimming pool during evening, because till the evening lots of people would have use the pool.</p>
